PAYMENT: U.S. funds only. Methods of payment accepted include Visa, Master Card, American Express, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Pre-payment via check and COD. Special order items must be pre-paid. Billing terms are only available to commercial accounts and must be pre-approved. Trade references are required.
PRICES: Call, fax or e-mail for current pricing. Orders are subject to appropriate sales tax when required.
RETURNS: No returns will be authorized more than 30 days after receipt of goods by customer. Return of stock merchandise is accepted providing material is in new, unaltered condition and in original packaging. Return of goods claimed defective or special order items are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms and conditions. Returns may be subject to a re-stocking charge. Call or e-mail for instructions on all returns.
SHIPMENTS & DELIVERY: We make every effort to ship stock merchandise the same day ordered. Most orders are shipped UPS Ground and are FOB our New Jersey warehouse. UPS Next Day Air, 2 & 3 day service is also available at additional cost. Non-stock items are subject to availability from the manufacturer and are FOB, Factory.

We have made every effort to present the most accurate information available. We will not be liable for information or judgments based upon the pictures, text or specifications provided.
WARRANTY: All goods are sold subject to the manufacturers' warranty. We offer no other warranty either expressed or implied. We are not responsible for damage, breakage or expense resulting from use of goods by customer. We are also not responsible for damage to or loss of goods after shipment is accepted by the carrier (UPS, USPS, Truck, etc.). Filing of claims with carriers for lost or damaged goods is the responsibility of the consignee.
